If any furniture damage occurs during the customer’s move, Metro Moving Company, LLC will pay the customer for the cost of the repairs. The foregoing notwithstanding if the cost of repair exceeds the fair market value of the item damaged, Metro Moving Company, LLC then will pay the customer for the damaged item at fair market value at the time it was damaged, no exceptions.

If by any chance there were to be damages to your items, customer must pay the full amount owe to Metro Moving Company, LLC meaning the total amount of the move cost. Otherwise Metro Moving Company, LLC will not honor any claims or guarantees, period.

Metro Moving Company, LLC reserves the right to retract our Full Value Protection if we are not allowed to inspect customer’s furniture or appliances before we move any items or if we are not allowed to protect furniture properly with moving blankets and plastic wrap.

Our Full Value Protection Guarantee will not be honor if customer furniture or items are being moved out of a storage facility, POD, any type of container, house garage, apartment garage, U-Haul or any type of rental truck, etc, etc.Customer releases Metro Moving Company, LLC of any liability or responsibility in this case.

Metro Moving Company, LLC will not move open boxes. Before your move begins, boxes must be taped and sealed top and bottom otherwise those boxes will not be moved.

Metro Moving Company, LLC will not move plastic bags, no exceptions

Metro Moving Company, LLC will not be responsible for any items inside boxes or containers unless the boxes or container were physically damaged by the movers.

All items must be removed from entertainment centers, dressers, chest of drawers, file cabinets or any furniture piece with drawers or these will not be move.

Metro Moving Company, LLC will not be held responsible or liable for items or any furniture made or constructed partially or totally with particle board material, chipboard or engineered wood.

Metro Moving Company, LLC will only move furniture, appliances, tv’s or boxes, if is not on the list it will not be move.

Customer acknowledges they have read and agreed to our terms and conditions and also understand that will not be able to set up an appointment or book a move unless he/she agrees to our terms and conditions.

When scheduling a move Metro Moving Company, LL will give customer an estimated window arrival time not an exact time or arrival. We will use any reasonable efforts to make sure we arrive within that window. Even in despite of our efforts, we arrive late than our estimated time. There will not be any corresponding discount or deductions given. No Exceptions.

Customer acknowledge and understands that our guarantee to show up or we’ll pay up $100 claim will not be honored if an act of god or an unforeseeable natural phenomenon takes place. No Exceptions. Such as delays for heavy raining, slipperiness or road friction, earthquakes, snow, hurricanes, etc etc. In this case we will reschedule your move on the next available date with no corresponding discounts or deductions given. No Exceptions.

Metro Moving Company, LLC will not honor any guarantee or full protection if customer does not have a copy of our contract or is unable to prove that our company moved her/him.

Our Guarantee Exact Move Price or is Free claim will not be honor if the customer has extra items, furniture, appliances, electronics, boxes, extra stops to drop off or pick up furniture, any extra sets of stairs or longer distance change of pick up or drop off location.Our guarantee flat rate is customize if there is any change period, we will not guarantee the flat rate or move you free. Customer acknowledge that he/she will receive a customize exact move price with a list of items, distance, stairs, extra stops if any, and understands that if any change is made by him/her, we will not honor our guarantee move price or is free.

Customer acknowledge that there will not be exchanges of any kind. Example: If customer wants to exchange a dining table and instead wants to move a china cabinet. Please make sure you know exactly what you are moving in advance. Our hourly rate is not guarantee, customer understands and accepts that the hourly rate proposal do not required the estimated number of hours to complete this proposal.

Metro Moving Company, LLC may exclude from the move articles which in their sole judgment cannot be safely move by two people which they may determine to be dangerous or potentially harmful.

You acknowledge that if you fail to pay or not pay the total amount of the move(your move), you agree to pay the total amount of the move and in case of any litigation you will pay the cost of attorneys, lawyers, court fees plus interests.

Metro Moving Company, LLC reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Customer understands that any extra items or extra services that are not on this contract will be in additional cost to the customer.

Customer must report any damages to Metro Moving Company, LLC office within 48 hours from the time of the move or no claim will be honor, no exceptions.Please inspect all your furniture after it has been moved before our movers leave..
